Return
- Refund will be credited to The same mode of payment within 5 working days after approval.
- Product will be eligible for return within 1 working days after delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Return Shipping
- Product will be eligible for return within 1 working days after delivery
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
- If the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, Giftlanes will arrange return pickup at no additional cost. Order Cancellation

Exchanges
