By transacting on Giftlanes.com a unit of Bharat Sanskruti, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a secure, transparent, and reliable shopping experience.

1. Payment Methods

We accept payments through trusted and secure payment gateways, including:

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets supported by our payment gateway (such as PhonePe and Razorpay)

All transactions are processed securely and comply with PCI-DSS standards.

2. Payment Processing

  • Payments are charged at the time of successful order placement.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

  • In case of payment processing delays or technical failures, customers will be notified.

  • If any amount is debited without successful order confirmation, the amount will be refunded by the payment gateway within 5 business days.

3. Pricing & Charges

  • All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of purchase.

4. Fraud Prevention & Security

To prevent fraudulent transactions, Giftlanes reserves the right to verify orders and may cancel or hold orders that appear suspicious.
We do not store card or payment details on our servers. All sensitive information is encrypted and processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.

5. Refund & Cancellation

  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 business days after processing.

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund, subject to verification.

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

6. Failed Transactions

If a payment is debited but the order is not placed successfully, the transaction is considered failed.
In such cases, the debited amount (if any) will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.

7. Dispute Resolution

For any payment-related disputes or billing concerns, please contact our customer support team. We will coordinate with our payment partners to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
